On the cover: Small intestinal whole mount stained with lectin from Ulex europaeus demonstrates the absence of isolated lymphoid follicles (ILFs) in lethally irradiated lymphotoxin α (LTα)-deficient mice reconstituted with LTα−/− bone marrow.
