On the cover: Murine lung lymph node dendritic cell (DCs) during the early stages of airway inflammation induced by intranasal delivery of ovalbumin plus cholera toxin adjuvant. Airway tolerance is characterized by the presence of plasmacytoid DCs, but DCs under inflammatory conditions are predominantly large cells displaying a myeloid-type DC phenotype, including multiple dendritic processes.
