On the cover: Rituximab and C3 activation fragments colocalize on chronic lymphocytic leukemia patient B cells isolated immediately after Rituximab infusion. Patient cells were probed with Al594 (red) anti-Rituximab, and Al488 (green) anti-C3b/iC3b, and the lysed cell is stained yellow due to colocalization of the probes. Kennedy et al. Rituximab infusion promotes rapid complement depletion and acute CD20 loss in chronic lymphocytic leukemia. J. Immunol. 172:3280.
