On the Cover: Murine B cells were allowed to bind and internalize FITC-labeled cholera toxin B (CTB) and Texas Red- labeled anti-B cell receptor (BCR) Ab. The cells were also stained with DAPI. Analysis by fluorescence microscopy revealed that the lipid raft-internalized CTB and BCR-internalized anti-BCR Ab were found in distinct intracellular compartments. Putnam et al.
